Food Truck Wedding

Here's the #1 piece of advice I tell my clients when they are planning a wedding - "there are no rules."

It's your day, so it needs to reflect who you are individually and also as a couple.  The best weddings are the ones that show personality.  It really is all about the little details that make your wedding stand out and ultimately makes it a day you (and your guests) will remember.

Anyone who knows me, knows I have three major passions:

1.  Planning beautiful events

2.  Travel

3.  Good food & good wine

The food served at your wedding is a great way to show your personality.  People often ask me, "If you could have your wedding all over again, would you?"

In a word, no.  I enjoyed my wedding, but I enjoy the journey of being married to my amazing husband so much more.  However, if we were having a wedding, we would definitely have a food truck at our reception.  We both love good food and some of the most fun experiences we've had on our travels is when we pick up food from a truck or an outdoor food stand and find a spot to eat.

I absolutely love how these couples incorporated food trucks and other unique food ideas into their special day.  Enjoy!

ROSE SMOKE

It's the last day of our colour trend series.  I hope you've enjoyed these past two weeks of colour inspiration as much as I have.  I'm definitely inspired and ready for fall!

The final colour in the Pantone fall 2012 trend series:  Rose Smoke

The softest shade of this report, this is a sweet, feminine rose colour. Super easy to wear, it pairs well with every colour in the collection.

RHAPSODY

Pantone fall 2012 color trend series:  Rhapsody

This is an ethereal greyed-down purple which encourages serenity and quiet comfort.

TITANIUM

Pantone fall 2012 color trend series:  Titanium

The mildest neutral of the palette, this is the quintessential cool grey – as elegant as it is versatile. Pair it with any of the collection to make colours pop.

OLYMPIAN BLUE

Pantone fall 2012 color trend series:  Olympian Blue

A strong and sensible blue, this is a shade reminiscent of crisp, cool seawater splashing onto a rocky shore. This is a great contrast for the whole collection.
